As part of our commitment to sustainability and mature sustainability reporting, we are hiring a Sustainability Reporting Analyst.

In this role, you will support the organization with data collection, analytics, identifying trends, and development of tools and processes.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will play a central role in enhancing our sustainability reporting by working at the intersection of data, processes, and stakeholder communication:

Reporting:

• Help optimize ESG data collection and analysis through further development of tools and processes.

• Collect and validate ESG data.

• Analyze data trends: identify key trends and insights to support sustainability goals.

• Prepare sustainability disclosures: assist in drafting sustainability disclosures, being part of review cycles.

Information and communication:

• Prepare presentations to various internal and external stakeholders.

• Prepare training materials as required.

• Support internal communication via different channels.

Optimization:

• Optimize own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements.

• Maintain various repositories, e.g. Sharepoint.

Processes, internal controls and documentation:

• Support process mapping and analysis as well as development of internal controls.

• Prepare process and internal controls documentation.

• Maintain proper audit trail and documentation for internal and external audits.

• Help maintain relevant policies and procedures.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Sustainability, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions (reporting or auditing of non-financial data).

• Knowledge of data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI) and proficiency with other office tools.

• Experience with AI supported solutions.

• Skilled at interpreting data and meticulously ensuring accuracy throughout collection and analysis.

• Good understanding of the sustainability reporting landscape, including EU Taxonomy and ESRS.

• Ability to manage shifting priorities effectively.

• Collaborates effectively with colleagues.

• High level of English language skills.

• Candidates must be eligible to work in Switzerland. Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
