At Deloitte Switzerland, within our Controllership & Treasury team in Technology & Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in helping organisations modernize their control frameworks through intelligent automation and AI-powered solutions. Your work will help organisations strengthen their internal controls, accelerate compliance processes, and achieve operational excellence in an increasingly digital and automated environment.
In this leadership role, you will play a key role in shaping and growing Deloitte Switzerland’s Digitalization, AI & Controls Automation capability, driving client impact through AI-enabled controls transformation while expanding our market presence. You will play a leading role in developing strategic client relationships, originating new business opportunities, collaborating across Deloitte service lines, and building high-performing teams that deliver innovative solutions at the intersection of Finance Transformation, Controllership & Treasury, Technology Risk and Artificial Intelligence.
What you’ll do
- Lead strategic initiatives to support clients in assessing technology risks, identifying automation opportunities, and designing or enhancing AI-enabled controls and compliance frameworks that leverage intelligent automation.
- Spearhead internal controls transformation initiatives through digitalization and AI-driven automation, delivering pragmatic and innovative solutions to complex technology risk challenges while optimizing control efficiency.
- Identify emerging technology risk issues and automation potential, converting them into actionable business opportunities that drive digital control maturity and operational resilience.
- Contribute to the growth of Digitalization, AI and Controls Automation offering by developing innovative market offerings, reusable assets, thought leadership and strategic alliances that accelerate AI-enabled controls transformation.
- Originate and shape new client engagements by leveraging an established professional network, building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and identifying opportunities to deliver measurable business value through AI-enabled controls automation.
- Lead and coach multidisciplinary teams by providing regular mentoring, career development discussions and capability building, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team culture.
- Represent Deloitte’s capability at client events, industry forums and executive discussions, strengthening Deloitte’s market reputation in AI-enabled Finance Transformation and Controls Automation.
Who we are looking for
- A visionary and entrepreneurial leader with a proven ability to build practices, originate new business, develop trusted client relationships and inspire high-performing teams. You combine strong commercial acumen with exceptional consulting and relationship-building skills, and are passionate about helping organisations transform Finance, Controls and Risk through digital transformation, AI and intelligent automation.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in IT controls advisory, audit, or risk management, with at least 3–4 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, control design, testing, remediation, and leading controls automation or digitalization transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary consulting teams while coaching and developing talent through mentoring, structured feedback and long-term career development.
- Strong business development and consultative selling experience, with a proven ability to identify client needs, shape innovative client solutions and successfully grow strategic accounts.
- Extensive experience building trusted relationships across clients, Deloitte service lines and executive leadership, with a collaborative mindset and strong influencing skills.
- Advanced knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), with demonstrated ability to architect AI-driven control solutions, leverage intelligent automation to enhance control effectiveness, and guide clients through AI governance challenges.
- Holder of relevant senior-level certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, COBIT, or equivalent; certifications in AI governance, controls automation, or related emerging disciplines are highly valued.
- Fluent in English and German
