Your role and responsibilities
Driving the implementation of the digital plan for Switzerland involves acting as the primary contact between the Hub CSE and other countries' digital teams. This role includes selling digital solutions or cybersecurity offerings to customers, ensuring that the digital portfolio aligns with customer business outcomes through a strong value proposition. Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships is essential to understand their needs and promote the full range of products, systems, and services, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. Regular status reviews, proposing sales plans, and preparing offers in coordination with the bid and proposal sales department are also key responsibilities.• Performs regular status reviews and proposes sales plans.• Ensures efficient marketing activities together with the country and Hub marketing team.• Prepares offers in coordination with the bid and proposal sales department.• Promotes customer understanding of the full products, systems, and services offering.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's or master's in engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technical field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in selling and/or driving digital customer projects applying new technologies such as AI, Cyber Security, Edge in B2B environments (ideally in the Pharma, Chemical or Energy sector).
- Hands-on experience within the software industry business with focus on digitalization and Industrial Software. Deep understanding of relevant technologies, standards (e.g. OPC UA, ISO 27001) and trends.
- Knowledge of Energy Management, Asset Performance Management, Condition Monitoring, Cyber Security and manufacturing execution systems (MES) are an asset.
- Fluency in English. German and French is an asset.
- Technical background e.g. IT network architecture, database modelling or programming.
- A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies as well as a collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
