Join our Turnaround and Restructuring Services team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients' businesses. Collaborate closely with Deloitte experts from legal, tax and regulatory services to bring tailored solutions to our clients. How you can make an impact
- Work alongside a dedicated core team to 'own' our clients’ challenges and to meet their needs with practical hands-on solutions
- Cooperate with colleagues from e.g. tax & legal, audit and technology & transformation, to develop tailored integrated solutions for our clients. These include e.g. market exits, simplification of corporate structures, option analyses for shareholders, refinancings, performance improvement
- Conduct research, draft reports (e.g. status updates, restructuring options) and prepare financial analyses e.g. to shareholders, financing institutions or regulators, set up and maintain project management tools
- Share your ideas, enthusiasm, and investigative insights to drive our projects forward and own your own deliverables
- Support the growth of our Turnaround and Restructuring offering by contributing to our business development activities and quality/risk procedures
Who We Are Looking For
- You are a curious generalist with a strong ability to listen and to explain complex matters in a relateable and understandable way. You enjoy orchestrating the path to a solution with many different contributors and working out practical solutions
- You have the following qualifications:
- Master’s degree or close to completion of an advanced academic programme with special focus on finance, banking, business administration, accounting, economics or law
- 4+ years’ work experience in a strategy, transformation, or management consulting environment or similar (at consultant level);
- Fluency in German and English with knowledge of financial terminology and lingo. Other languages are a plus.
